what does anybody have to say about any registry cleaner they've used like registry fix or registry mechanic?

the 2 that i mentioned seem to be top rated; would you recomment them or any others? are they worthwhile, effective, useful, non-disruptive, etc?

goto www.download.com and then search in the downloads, they have a registry cleaner there I think its called Regclean, I've used it a few times to get rid of spyware.

registry mechanic is very good of all the registry cleaners i used.

I don't trust anything. I DO NOT mess around with my registry. A small mistake can severely damage your computer. However, this is just my suggestion. You can try anything you want!
