I don't trust anything. I DO NOT mess around with my registry. A small mistake can severely damage your computer. However, this is just my suggestion. You can try anything you want!

registry mechanic is very good of all the registry cleaners i used.

goto http://www.download.com and then search in the downloads, they have a registry cleaner there I think its called Regclean, I've used it a few times to get rid of spyware.
